Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, connect social media platforms, configure automations, or contact us for support. This includes: name, email address, billing information, connected platform credentials (encrypted), automation configurations, lead data captured through your automations, and usage telemetry. We do not collect or store the content of private messages sent by RePilot on your behalf beyond what is necessary to confirm delivery.

We use the information we collect to: - Operate, maintain, and improve the RePilot platform - Process transactions and send related information - Send transactional and operational notifications - Monitor and analyze trends and usage to improve the platform - Detect, prevent, and address technical issues or policy violations - Comply with legal obligations

All data is stored in SOC 2 Type II certified infrastructure. Platform credentials and API tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256. Data in transit is protected using TLS 1.3. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, data is purged within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

RePilot integrates with Meta (Instagram, WhatsApp), LinkedIn, and Google APIs. Use of these platforms is subject to their respective privacy policies. We act as a data processor on your behalf and do not sell your data or your leads' data to third parties.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. You may also request data portability or withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@repilot.app. We will respond within 30 days.
