1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using RePilot ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, businesses, and contributors.
2. Description of Service
RePilot provides an automation platform for social media engagement, including automatic direct messaging, lead capture, and analytics. The Service relies on third-party APIs (Meta, LinkedIn, Google) and is subject to their terms and limitations.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use RePilot to: - Violate any applicable laws or third-party platform terms of service - Send spam, unsolicited communications, or deceptive messages - Collect data without appropriate consent from recipients - Circumvent rate limits or security measures - Resell access to the Service without written permission Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
5. Billing and Payments
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.
6. Intellectual Property
RePilot and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RePilot, Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RePilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Data deletion procedures are described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in San Francisco, CA.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. We will notify users via email for material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
